his unique 2 storey timber pole home features on the upper level, 4 large bedrooms, 3 with Queen Beds, 1 with 4 Single Beds, all feature doors opening onto large spacious verandas. There are 2 large Bathrooms, and separate Toilets. All linen is supplied.

There is a large kitchen including lots of bench space, cupboards, Fridge/Freezer, Electric Bench cooktop with a separate Electric Wall Oven and Dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all saucepans, frypans, electric frypan, microwave oven, slow cookers, utility knives, juicer, fine china, glassware and cutlery.
here are large living and dining areas decorated with modern decor and furniture. For your pleasure there is a 72” wall mounted TV ,DVD stereo system. The house is fully Air Conditioned and all rooms have Ceiling Fans and open onto and are surrounded by large Verandas with magnificent uninterrupted views over Wonga and the Coral Sea. Situated on one of the decks you will have lots of fun in the large outdoor Spa which seats up to 8 and you will find a great BBQ along with all your outdoor furniture setting.
On the lower level there is an open laundry with tub, washing machine, dryer and clothes line & pegs.

We also supply lots of tour brochures and Maps and we offer a full tour booking service for your convenience including unique discounts and free passes for the Ferry over the Daintree River.

Our Coral Sea Island Views Beach House allows you to enjoy absolute privacy. Situated on a level 25 acre site on the side of the hill right on the edge of the World Heritage listed Daintree National Park. There are no neighbours surrounding the property. You will be enthralled by the breathtaking views of Snapper Island and the Low Isles Marine Park. Views are also captured of the Cape Tribulation section of the Daintree National Park. The beach house is a bird watchers paradise with recent cassowary sightings, scrub fowls, wrens, kookaburras (just to mention a few) and we have even seen a Jabiru flying past, what a pleasure to sit on the veranda at night and listen to the eerie sounds of the Curlews!
Unbelievable to have all this to enjoy and also have the golden sands of the beautiful Wonga Beach only 450 metres away where you can walk along the shores from Wonga right up to the mouth of the Daintree River!
During the day there are a host of activities to fullfill your stay, the beach house is located close to the towns of Port Douglas, Mossman, and the small township of Daintree and 10 mins to the Daintree River Ferry, the gateway to Cape Tribulation.

n the evening you can relax on the verandas watching the moon rise over the horizon, listen to the waves rolling onto the beach below and the sounds of the Bitterns. Or you can venture to either Port Douglas or Mossman to one of the many restaurants and night life entertainment which is available then return to the wonderful peace of our Coral Sea Island View Retreat. |
