All our rooms are based on a minimum of 2 nights stay, this is because of the ammount of energy, detergent and labour in changing over a room after a one night stay. Please think of the environment when booking, you might recycle at home, but imagine how much Co2 there is in laundering linen! Our bank manager doesn't like our beliefs, in really trying to reduce our emmissions. However this is part of the reason we lead the Daintree Coast in sustainable accommodation. Anyway you will need at least 2 days to discover this unique part of Australia!

Cancellation Policy
We endeavour to keep our prices as low as is possible.
All cancellations over 30 days will incur an $11.00 cancellation fee
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations from between 29 to 14 days prior will incur a loss of one nights accommodation.
Cancellations 13 days and under will incur the whole tarriff to be charged.
All cancellations 13 days and under, due to family matters or illness (proof will be required) will however, be allocated a credit to the same ammount, for 12 months.
